Hi everyone. I hope you’re all still enjoying Agarest. Last week’s release of some free Agarest DLC seemed to be very popular by the looks of things. So popular, in fact, that we’re going to be giving you more free DLC this week!
That’s right! Today we’re going to be giving you the following DLC Packs for free:
- Role-model Pack: Contains 1 Langguth Sword, 1 S.O.C., and 1 Extra Frame
- Ceremony Pack: Contains 1 Alfa Beld Spear, 1 Gate of Hell, and 1 Chaos Frame
In addition to that we’ll also be making the following two DLC Packs available for purchase on Steam to aid you in that Hard playthrough:
- Secret-Society Pack ($2.99): Contains 1 Rage Blaster, 1 Destroy, and 1 Mighty Ring
- Additional-TP Pack ($4.99): Contains 30,000TP
With only one more week’s worth of DLC, we’re nearly coming to the end of our planned DLC launch schedule, so make sure to come back next week to check out the last batch of Agarest DLC due to be released. However we do have a few more little extras planned for Agarest in the near future.
In other news, we were recently visited by our friends at Idea Factory. It was great to see them as always, and we had some very productive discussions. ;)

Hi everyone. Due to popular demand the Ghostlight Autumn sale has been extended! It will now end tomorrow night so you’ll have to be fast to get over a third off classic PS2 titles such as Shin Megami Tensei: Lucifer’s Call, Digital Devil Saga & Shadow Hearts: From the New World, as well as over a third off more recent titles such as Agarest: Generations of War 2, Persona 2: Innocent Sin, Fate/EXTRA and Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. In other news, there is a new Agarest: Generations Of War PC patch coming from the team at Laughing Jackal. You’ll be pleased to hear that in addition to fixing the resolution-change crash bug, the patch will also include two new pieces of DLC absolutely free. The free DLC items are:
- Amateur-Breeder Pack, containing 2 Mithril Beast Claws, 2 Large Mithril Claws+, 2 Big Beast Fangs+ and 2 Stardust Fangs+
- Elegant-Holiday Pack containing 1 Washer, 1 Man's Fist and 1 Halper Scythe
Speaking of DLC, there is also another batch of Agarest DLC due out later today to help you get past that tricky spot. This week you’ll be able to get your hands on:
- Seasoned-Breeder Pack ($1.99) containing 2 Beast King Fangs, 2 Large Mithril Claws, 2 Big Beast Fangs, and 2 Stardust Fangs
- Top-Breeder Pack ($1.99) containing 2 Stardust Claws, 2 Mithril Beast Claws+, 2 Beast King Fangs+, and 2 Stardust Claws+
- Carrot-and-Stick Pack ($1.99) containing 1 S. V. Rouge, 1 Princess Bustier, and 1 Princess's Tiara

Hi everyone. There’s just a few days left to grab some great bargains and exclusive goodies in this year’s Ghostlight Autumn Sale. - Fallen-Angel Pack ($1.99): Contains 1 Krishna, 2 Black Frame, 2 Black Bustier, 2 Angel Wing, 2 Angel Halo, 2 Magic Up+ and 2 Resist Magic Up+
- Dull-Things Pack ($1.99): Contains 2 Rusty Sword, 2 Rusty Bracelet, 2 Rusty Ring, 1 Anglachel, 1 Dainslaif and 1 Ginna's Scythe
- Legendary-Monster Pack ($1.99): Contains Seiryu's Sword, Genbu's Gauntlet, Byakko's Bracelet, Suzaku's Ring, 2 Accuracy Up+ and 2 Evasion Up+
- Additional-PP Pack 1 ($6.99): This will increase your PP by 5,000! PP are shared points for your entire party and can be used to increase anyone's stats.
All these new DLC items are perfect for those of you struggling against Midas or one of the other challenging bosses featured in Agarest: Generations of War.
In other Agarest news, some of you may have noticed the duplicate Leo in the Steam Trading cards. While we originally only intended to have eight cards we will be creating an extra card to replace him.
