Hi everyone. This weekend promises to be a good one for fans of anime, with the Steam Anime Sale bringing great savings on hundreds of anime influenced games. Including games from Japan and the west, games based on anime and even some that have anime based on them. There are some great deals on offer throughout the sale, and I definitely plan on checking it out fully this weekend, but I thought I’d draw your attention to the Ghostlight games among them.
The chart topping SRPG, Agarest: Generations of War (regular price $14.99) will have its price slashed by 75% during the sale. We’ll also be applying this discount to all of the game’s DLC, the premium edition upgrade and - of course - the Collector’s Edition itself. With a truly epic storyline taking in 5 generations of heroes and challenging grid-based strategic battles, this offer is fantastic value for anyone who wants to jump into this great series of SRPGs.
Meanwhile, the prequel to Agarest, Agarest: Generations of War Zero (regular price $19.99) will have a whopping 65% discount during the sale. Once again, this applies to all the games DLC bundles as well! With a brand new story, improved character portraits and the addition of Vacation days allowing you to get to know your party members better, this is one that fans of the first Agarest won’t want to miss.
The sequel to Agarest, Agarest Generations of War 2 (regular price $19.99), with its brand new fast-paced battle system will have its price slashed by 60% during the sale, with this discount also applying to all the game’s DLC. Set in a parallel world to the previous games, this is a great introduction to any players new to the series.
In addition to this, for those who want to get the complete series, Agarest: The Complete Saga (regular price $59.99) will have its price reduced by a massive 60%. The complete Saga includes The Agarest: Generations of War Collector’s Edition, Agarest: Generations of War Zero and Agarest: Generations of War 2 in one awesome package.
From the makers of the Agarest & Hyper Dimension Neptunia series comes the turn-based JRPG Mugen Souls (regular price $19.99) which will have its price cut by 50% during the anime sale, with this discount once again applying to all the DLC. Gore-fuelled chain reaction shooter OMG Zombies is now on sale as part of this week’s Steam Weeklong Deals.
